Our return policy is simple. You can only claim a product within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this time will not be accepted.

Products imported from China come with a 24-hour checking warranty only. After that, no claim will be accepted.

If the parcel is open or unsealed, you must inform us immediately.

If a fault is claimed in a non-faulty product, all shipment charges will be paid by the customer.
