Return, Refund Policy & Warranty Claim

Our return policy is simple. You can only claim a product within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this time will not be accepted.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • If you receive an electronic item that is damaged, broken, expired, or not as described, you can request a replacement or exchange within 24 hours.

  • For any complaint, please contact us through our official phone number within the given time limit.

  • While submitting a complaint, you must mention your order number and a clear reason for returning the product.

  • Products imported from China come with a 24-hour checking warranty only. After that, no claim will be accepted.

  • If the parcel is open or unsealed, you must inform us immediately.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping or any item is missing, report the issue within 24 hours.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened.

  • Opened products can only be returned if a manufacturing fault is found.

  • If a fault is claimed in a non-faulty product, all shipment charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Return shipping charges are always paid by the customer.

  • You may return the product using any courier service.

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are not offered.

  • Faulty products are replaced with a new one within a few days.

  • Alternatively, you may receive a voucher of the same value, which can be used to purchase any other product from our store.
